Return and refund policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with the included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you received the product, and we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on original payment.

Payment methods

Tested on Núnez Electro Mechanic Corporation is a sales platform where orders or purchases must be duly paid. Such payments must be made in advance, by credit or debit card, visa or master card, bank transfer for the total amount of the products/services. Transportation Costs are not included at the time the order is placed.

Orders can be placed through emnsolarusa.com electronic platform 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The order delivery process will be carried out from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Transport

Shipments will be made through the Núnez Electro Mechanic Corporationfleet of trucks and will be free within the capital Santo Domingo. Its delivery time will be 3 days. Except for special situations of force majeure such as natural disasters.

Shipping outside the capital, the cost and delivery time is variable. The details will be coordinated in advance with the client. The same with international shipments.

Right to change and modify the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time in our sole discretion. Therefore, you should consult these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material way, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms.
